Once you have paid for any service offered by Step-up.ai and it is accepted, the amount paid is non-refundable. This applies to all services, including but not limited to Professional Profile Development, Career Development, Coaching, Mentoring, and Training programs.

1.2 Non-Transferable

The payment for services is non-transferable to any other person or entity.

2. Acceptance of Services

2.1 Service Acceptance

Acceptance of service orders is at the sole discretion of Step-up.ai. If your service request is not accepted, we shall refund the entire amount using the original payment method within 15 days of such decision.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

3.1 Erroneous Payments

If you have erroneously paid more than the published amount for the specific service and we have received the excess amount in our account, you are eligible to claim a refund of that extra amount. We shall refund the excess amount within 15 days after receiving and verifying such a claim using the original payment method. For such claims, please contact us at support@step-up.ai.

4. Modification or Cancellation by Step-up.ai

4.1 Right to Modify or Cancel

Step-up.ai reserves the right to modify or cancel any service at its discretion. In such cases, if a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed using the original payment method within 15 days of such decision.
